Who we are
BUILD – Baltimoreans United In Leadership Development – is a powerful, non-partisan, multifaith, and multiracial community organization rooted in Baltimore’s neighborhoods and congregations.
At BUILD, we believe in meeting people face-to-face, building authentic relationships, and repairing the social fabric of our region. We don’t seek justice for people, we seek it with people. We tackle big challenges by breaking them down into achievable actions—because we know that power is built through community.

Supported by community leaders, businesses, and individuals who believe in a better Baltimore, we are committed to making this city a place where everyone can live, work, and thrive.
